At Woodcamp Adventures, we’ve made paying for your safari, tour, or travel experience simple, secure, and convenient. We currently accept payments in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and United States Dollars (USD) through our available payment methods. All payments should be made through our official Woodcamp Adventures company payment channels for your safety and peace of mind.
1) Direct Bank Transfers
You can pay for your booking directly through a bank transfer from your bank in Uganda or abroad. Please use your Booking Reference as the payment reference so we can quickly match your payment to your reservation.

2) Cash Payments
If you are in Uganda, you may make a cash payment at our office or designated meeting point in UGX or USD. A receipt or payment confirmation will be provided once payment is received. Please confirm with our team in advance to arrange cash payment for your booking.
3) Mobile Money — Coming Soon
Mobile Money payments will be available soon, allowing you to make secure payments through our official company-registered mobile money account. We’ll update this page as soon as the service is available.
4) Visa Card Payments — Coming Soon
We are also working on introducing Visa card payments for our guests. Once available, you’ll be able to make secure card payments for your bookings through our approved payment system. We’ll update this page as soon as Visa payments are available.

- Keep your payment confirmation until your trip has been completed.
- Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and verified.
