We currently accept bank transfers and cash payments in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and United States Dollars (USD).
Mobile Money and Visa card payments are coming soon.
For your security, all payments should be made only through official Woodcamp Adventures payment channels. We do not accept payments to personal bank accounts or personal mobile money numbers.
Payment requirements may vary depending on the trip and booking arrangements. Our team will let you know the required deposit or payment schedule when preparing your quotation and confirming your booking.
Yes. Depending on your itinerary, we can assist with accommodation, transportation, airport transfers, activities, and other travel arrangements to make your journey as comfortable and seamless as possible.
Yes. Depending on the experience you choose, your trip may include a professional guide or driver-guide who will help you navigate the destination, learn about the local culture and environment, and make the most of your adventure.
What you need depends on your destination and the type of adventure. Generally, we recommend comfortable clothing, suitable walking shoes, sun protection, personal essentials, a reusable water bottle, and any required travel documents. Before your trip, our team can provide destination-specific packing recommendations.
We understand that travel plans can change. Cancellation and amendment arrangements may vary depending on your booking, accommodation, transport, permits, and other services already arranged. Please contact our team as early as possible if you need to change or cancel your trip so we can advise you on the options available.
